Thank you Doug DaCosta I needed to have my lug nuts unlocked because I couldn't find my security key. I went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen and saw Doug DaCosta. He helped me I needed to have my lug nuts unlocked because I couldn't find my security key. I went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen and saw Doug DaCosta. He helped me immediately and got a nice young apprentice to remove the locked nuts and put on regular lug nuts at no charge. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I really appreciate the excellent service. Surprised repairs Just wanted to let all the skeptics out there - know of the awesome service I received this day at the Maple Ridge VW dealership British Columbia Cana Just wanted to let all the skeptics out there - know of the awesome service I received this day at the Maple Ridge VW dealership British Columbia Canada. The service manager Doug DaCosta and his service tech's - found a flaw in the VWBug that my daughter drives to school and work that ended up saving me over $1200 cash. DaCosta and his repair technicians were super helpful and extremely knowledgeable when dealing with the unknown issue that my daughter had with her driver side window. They were extremely helpful and offered my daughter with tips to prevent any further issues. Her car came out completely washed and cleaned out including the regular tune up (that was needed) all with excellent tip top shape. Thanks so much to the VW Maple Ridge Service dept. More
Poor Customer Service I had an error reading "ACC and Front Assist Not Available". I booked an appointment at MR Volkswagen. I told them I had my windshield recently replac I had an error reading "ACC and Front Assist Not Available". I booked an appointment at MR Volkswagen. I told them I had my windshield recently replaced. They said it would have nothing to do with that. They later called me and said I'd have to book another appointment so they could send it out as they didn't have the technology to solve the issue. I needed a loaner because it would take some time. I booked 3 appointments after that and each time I got there, the loaner wasn't available. When I complained I was told they were thinking of not offering the loaners to customers anymore. I finally got a loaner over a month later, and after being without my car for several days, they called and said the auto glass company should have put a specialized VW windshield in for the front sensors to work. No one at the service centre knew about this technology. My complaint, though, is regarding the face-to-face service. Not customer centric by any means. When I did post a complaint onto the VW FB site, it went unacknowledged. I now have the specialized windshield and will need to take it to a different VW service centre for calibration. More

The process of booking a service appointment was quick and professional. On the day of my appointment I was provided courtesy transportation back home while my vehicle was serviced and it was washed and vacuumed on pickup. There was a hiccup with a loyalty program from another dealer. Even though I didn't purchase my vehicle at this location Jess was quick to contact the dealer and her own Service Manager to assist in rectifying the issue quickly and were polite and empathetic. Great overall experience. More

Was told by the car dealers that it would be a very easy and seamless process. Purchased the car in April to replace the car they said would be a huge hassle to us. Signed the opera to the new car expecting to receive our pay out in a few weeks like we were ensured by the dealers. WRONG! It's now July and we are currently paying for two car loans. They tricked us, manipulated us, breeched our confidentially by tracking us down personally on Facebook to contact us, and have refused to call us back despite us calling them to see what's going on. DON'T fall for their trap. They're sitting pretty with two car purchased by us and we are screwed paying for two cars. xxxxxxxx. More

Bought a new Tiguan Originally in October of 2016 I was looking around at vechile a to lease or finance. After taking a few vehicles for test drive at the different dealerships in lower mainland and GVA area i then visited maple ridge VW. They helped me by finding me the best deal and had me in my new car in less then a week. Recently being hit in a accident found not at fault, I was dealing with the headache of ICBC because the driver was non-insured with no valid drivers license. VW Called to offer me 0% interest on my 2017 Tiguan and I told them about my accident they only furthered the highest level of customer service by telling me they would deal with ICBC and have me in a new Tiguan by This weekend. I continually recommend VWs and I love mine. Coming from a household who all owned hondas, they never understood why I stayed true to the VW brand. Well thank maple ridge VW I will continue to recommend your dealership. You have a customer for life More
