I'll admit, I've never had the best impression about dealerships or car salesman in general and I hadn't intended on purchasing my new Jetta from maple ridge VW rather I was there just to check out the different cars that I was interested IN. That was until I met Ben. His outstanding proffesionalism, friendly service and knowledgable advice combined with his non pushy style made me feel. Totally comfortable and taken care of.
