In with the new I had originally bought a car through VW in the later spring of 2015. It was a good car and I really believed that William Touch and the other staff h I had originally bought a car through VW in the later spring of 2015. It was a good car and I really believed that William Touch and the other staff had really done a good job in helping me find a vehicle I would love. I found the service very helpful and that my needs and lifestyle were well considered in the purchase. Unfortunately, 6 months later, I found myself back at the dealership since leaving my car as a write off in an accident. Right off the bat the staff were very helpful and William again, was my sales guy. More importantly I felt like this time Lorne Ross the sales manager, really helped me to find the car that would help me get over my broken and gone Passat. Both William and Lorne went above and beyond to help me make a decision in a vehicle I could be happy with. More

"Above and beyond". I was not intending of buying a car 3 days before Christmas, but very pleased with how it all fell into place. Though the pricing process was a headache, a manager called Chris kinda took over, you really have to negotiate with them hard to get the deal you want. At first they priced me a used golf with a price like a new one, didn't feel like they were sincere, but they were always open to negotiation. However, everything after that went smooth and hassle free. I would recommend this dealership. More
