Excellent experience...no BS. I recently purchased a new Jetta from MR Volkswagen. The experience was fantastic. Upon arrival I told William Touch, my sales guy, what I wanted as f I recently purchased a new Jetta from MR Volkswagen. The experience was fantastic. Upon arrival I told William Touch, my sales guy, what I wanted as far as model and options. In less than an hour we had test driven the car I wanted and written up the deal. Not once did he try to sell me anything more than I has asked for. Same experience with Scott in finance. He offered some additional services but after I said yes or no, that was it. No hard sell to run the bill up. In less than 2 hours I had test driven, wrote up the deal, dealt with finance and insurance and was out the door with my new car. Thanks guys. I'll be back. More

I found the service very helpful and that my needs and lifestyle were well considered in the purchase. Unfortunately, 6 months later, I found myself back at the dealership since leaving my car as a write off in an accident. Right off the bat the staff were very helpful and William again, was my sales guy. More importantly I felt like this time Lorne Ross the sales manager, really helped me to find the car that would help me get over my broken and gone Passat. Both William and Lorne went above and beyond to help me make a decision in a vehicle I could be happy with. More
