Made it right We emailed Jaz in regards to a Van we saw on line. Jaz was VERY helpful and pleasant to deal with. Wound up going for a higher priced more options vehicle than what we originally planned on getting. Adam was also assisting us with price etc. Had severals emails back and forth and unfortunately a mis communication was had.. HOWEVER, Adam and his manager Chris went over the details and "made it right" we were able to come to an agreement and a deal made. So far (been a day and a half ;-) we love the van). The only draw back (with ANY car buying.. so not related to the dealer) is the long process of paper work.... however, the toy room for our 2 year old made things easier. We Recommend dealing with Maple Ridge VW. More

Great Experience We'd looked at a few 2013 Tiguans and had no intention of buying a new car. We drove out from Vancouver to Maple Ridge just to have a look & ended up buying a 2016 Tiguan. William was our sales rep & Adam was helping out as well. They were both very personable, very professional & went above & beyond to make us happy. We got a great trade in amount for our vehicle as well. Ben explained the financial aspect very well & no one rushed us. Johnty gave us the run down on the various features when we picked up our shiny new VW the next day. Compared to a few other dealerships we'd been to where one thing or the other put us off, the sales staff was not overly pushy, the financial explanation was clear & everyone was professional & friendly... good coffee too :) It was a great experience & we love our new car. Service beyond my expectations My fiancee and I were looking into upgrading my car for an SUV. He had purchased a Jetta from MR Volkswagon two years prior to us deciding to look at SUV's. Because of his fantastic experience, we decided to being looking for our new car at MR Volkswagon. We met with Rob, who took the time to really understand what we were looking for and how much we were able to afford. Within two days, I was driving off the lot in my beautiful 2015 Volkswagon Tiguan. Rob has a fantastic attitude and we never felt as if he was a 'salesman' trying to sell us something, but more like a friend who had our best interests in mind and wanted to be sure that we were happy and satisfied. My experience with MR Volkswagon far surpassed the experience I had when buying my last car a few years ago from a different Maple Ridge dealership. Rob was able to make sure that I was given everything I asked for within the price limit I had set. I definitely will recommend this dealership to all of my friends!! More
