We were so glad David offered to come along as we didn't know the area and he helped take us on a great route that allowed us to test the vehicle properly. Although everything looked good we wanted to sleep on it. Never felt any pressure. After telephone and email correspondence we drove out again the next night and bought it. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient, couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

Made it right We emailed Jaz in regards to a Van we saw on line. Jaz was VERY helpful and pleasant to deal with. Wound up going for a higher priced more options v We emailed Jaz in regards to a Van we saw on line. Jaz was VERY helpful and pleasant to deal with. Wound up going for a higher priced more options vehicle than what we originally planned on getting. Adam was also assisting us with price etc. Had severals emails back and forth and unfortunately a mis communication was had.. HOWEVER, Adam and his manager Chris went over the details and "made it right" we were able to come to an agreement and a deal made. So far (been a day and a half ;-) we love the van). The only draw back (with ANY car buying.. so not related to the dealer) is the long process of paper work.... however, the toy room for our 2 year old made things easier. We Recommend dealing with Maple Ridge VW. More
