Recently, David helped me submit my order for my Golf R and kept me updated and informed on the process of shipping the vehicle. When it arrived and we got to go through all of the features it was clear that David knew the car inside and out and didn't leave anything overlooked. Both David and Scott made sure I was clear on the pricing and financing amounts and that I had a loan and term which I was comfortable with and able to understand. My total loan amount ended up being less than I was actually planning for even with the additional warranty coverage that I opted for. I would absolutely recommend buying from this dealership; after purchasing and servicing my car here for 3 years I look forward to continuing to do so with my new vehicle. More

William's approach upon my arrival at the dealership was very friendly and not at all pushy, which was why I agreed to test drive a car I was looking at. This was a significant moment in my search for a vehicle. Upon returning from the test drive Adam's approach was friendly, as well as understanding and receptive to my side of negotiating a prospective deal. Ben and Scott were also friendly and had the finance part of the purchase completed smoothly. I went to a total of eight dealerships in two days, with Maple Ridge Volkswagen being the fourth, and found nothing that compared to the staff and vehicle I found at their dealership. Fantastic Experience After months of searching for a vehicle on the island and a few infuriating trips to dealerships on the mainland I was ready to throw in the towel and After months of searching for a vehicle on the island and a few infuriating trips to dealerships on the mainland I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a bus pass, until I dealt with David at Maple Ridge Volkswagen. I'll have to admit, after having dealt with so many salesmen over the months I was a little obnoxious during the vehicle inquiry and negotiation process but David remained incredibly professional and polite, not to mention very accommodating; since I was coming from the island they even picked me up from the Ferry in the vehicle I was considering! When I arrived at the dealership there were no surprises; everything was laid out with our agreed upon price and the team worked diligently to accommodate my timeline of trying to catch the last ferry home - If it wasn't for their efficiency and hard work I can confidently say that I wouldn't be driving this car today... Honestly, these guys have unmatchable business ethics and have such a laid-back and courteous manner that it is incomparable to any other dealership; after dealing with so many others it was a surprising and refreshing experience. There are still some honest dealerships out there and Maple Ridge Volkswagen is one of them. More
