When it arrived and we got to go through all of the features it was clear that David knew the car inside and out and didn't leave anything overlooked. Both David and Scott made sure I was clear on the pricing and financing amounts and that I had a loan and term which I was comfortable with and able to understand. My total loan amount ended up being less than I was actually planning for even with the additional warranty coverage that I opted for. Fantastic Experience After months of searching for a vehicle on the island and a few infuriating trips to dealerships on the mainland I was ready to throw in the towel and After months of searching for a vehicle on the island and a few infuriating trips to dealerships on the mainland I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a bus pass, until I dealt with David at Maple Ridge Volkswagen. I'll have to admit, after having dealt with so many salesmen over the months I was a little obnoxious during the vehicle inquiry and negotiation process but David remained incredibly professional and polite, not to mention very accommodating; since I was coming from the island they even picked me up from the Ferry in the vehicle I was considering! When I arrived at the dealership there were no surprises; everything was laid out with our agreed upon price and the team worked diligently to accommodate my timeline of trying to catch the last ferry home - If it wasn't for their efficiency and hard work I can confidently say that I wouldn't be driving this car today... Honestly, these guys have unmatchable business ethics and have such a laid-back and courteous manner that it is incomparable to any other dealership; after dealing with so many others it was a surprising and refreshing experience. There are still some honest dealerships out there and Maple Ridge Volkswagen is one of them. More
