I purchased a used tesla model 3 here even though I originally came because I was interested in the model Y. Initially, I wanted to put down payment for model Y to lower monthly loan and trade in my 2 originally came because I was interested in the model Y. Initially, I wanted to put down payment for model Y to lower monthly loan and trade in my 2 cars. Omar and Rob helped me with the purchase. Rob made me go through a credit check before I could even test drive anything and to “see” what I can afford.(weird) I was set on an electric vehicle that day so whatever I went through with it. Rob did not even listen to me when I said that I could put a downpayment. He kept showing me “pretty” numbers with $0 down for model 3 and for what he assumed our budget, it’s best to get the model 3. I settled for the model 3 which I didn’t mind after thinking about it but I was there for 6 hours and only test drove 2 cars; spent most of my day there waiting. The model 3 I settled for had a smell to it (previous owner may had a dog) and cracked window but overall in great condition; no accidents. So Rob said everything would be an easy fix; alignment checked, repainted, be shampooed and detailed to get the smell off and windows replaced. Rob said this will take about a week. Totally fine with me, ok. And bonus, I got to save my down pay money and a sure thing I could pay off this car really fast. Traded in 2 cars for this transaction and was assured I’d get all copy of all signed papers once I pick up the Tesla and once everything was all fixed. I always need a receipt for all my major transactions. When I finally picked up the car, a month later, not one week, it still had a smell and did not look like it was detailed at all, still have some scratches on the outside, alignment still off and windshield hasn’t been replaced because delay on Tesla orders. They didn’t even have the decency to fully charge the battery upon my pick up; only had enough to get home so I couldn’t do my errands after that. I later realized they didn’t include all the signed documents in the envelope so I phoned in and the guy on the phone was so rude and refused to give me the papers as promised. Not overall happy with customer service and the time I spent here. (Came back at least 3 times and I live 35km away just to finalize the transaction and switch courtesy cars) I have communicated with Omar since I picked up my car which has been over a week and he agrees that this was poor customer service, blames the service guys for doing a poor job but in reality they all work for this company as a whole — I still haven’t gotten my receipts or any offers to fix what was promised; nothing has been done. The only thing I wanted was to make sure the car was presentable, clean, tire pressure checked and alignment was fixed when I picked it up to save a service call elsewhere (which Rob assured us would be done) Was that so difficult? Already considering to trade for a new model Y; money wasn’t even the issue to begin with and what I wanted was simple. Staff here don’t care about customers and offer promise lies once papers are signed, do not bother coming here if you’re gonna buy a used car. More

I wanted to thank Doug in service for his care and attention. Since my husband died I have had no one that can help me with concerns I have with my car and I have been so lucky to have Doug there to attention.
