I wanted to thank Doug in service for his care and attention. Since my husband died I have had no one that can help me with concerns I have with my car and I have been so lucky to have Doug there to attention. We have purchased 3 used TDi vehicles from Rob McKenzie. It has constantly a great experience. We recently had one of our vehicles in for repair and we met Service Advisor Doug DaCosta.
