Deceiving and Unprofessional Went to this dealership to buy a used car. Asked the manager if the car had been in an accident, he said NO. Three hours later just before signing t Went to this dealership to buy a used car. Asked the manager if the car had been in an accident, he said NO. Three hours later just before signing the purchase agreement, the finance manager asked if they had showed me the ICBC history report. At that point, they DID. To my disbelief it said on the report the car was recently involved in a collision. I was stunned and very disappointed with managers behaviour. Luckily that happened before I signed the agreement and I walked out of that dealership with a sense of being treated very poorly as these people tried to take advantage of me. They pursued calling me to come in over the next few days and because I wasn't coming, one of the managers said in a telephone conversation I signed some sort of insurance and I might have to deal with collection agency if I don't come in to discuss it with them!!! After they learned I bought the car elsewhere, they left me alone. Needles to say, I would not recommend this dealership to anybody who likes to deal with people who are honest and trustworthy. More
