The customer service was above what we where hoping for. The only downside was that we wish they would have been more open with us about price and what was included. When we test drove the new Jetta we where looking at we where told that we were getting hard rubber floor mats but when we got home we noticed that they where not in there. We contacted Maple Ridge Volkswagen about this and they said that we didn't negotiate it into the price. This is something we didn't think we had to as we where told they where something we would get. All in all we are happy with our new vehicle. More

Everything is great besides the price William and Scott were both awesome in terms of helping me finding a car and getting approval for finance. Scott, the finance manager, took less then William and Scott were both awesome in terms of helping me finding a car and getting approval for finance. Scott, the finance manager, took less then 1 hour to get all my finances done and he was on our side to get our monthly payment as low as possible. William spent over 2 hours helping us select a car that is PERFECT for our needs. On the other hand, Adam, the manager was trying to push their extended warrenty on us, which i am NOT impressed. Also, he jacked up the MSRP find to the nation wide vw.ca website to make up for they "Push, Pull, Drag" trade in event. He jack the price up close to $5000!!!!.....We find out after we came home and check the website. I need to trade my car in as the transmission was fried the day before. So that was kind of my fault for not doing enough research on my part and i need a car asap.... but jacking up $5000 in price is pathetic, hence leading me not recomming this dealership again...... however, the service, experience, and knowledge is top notch. If you do your homework, and not needing a car asap, and you don't come in during tht Push, Pull, Drag event, you should be fine with this dealership and you will for sure enjoy the experience. Again, great job for William and Scott and i can't say enough good things about them, they are truly amazing!! More
