Amazing customer service does exist with David P I dislike car buying tremendously; however when I went in and met with David and told him of my transmission blew up in New westminster and I was almo I dislike car buying tremendously; however when I went in and met with David and told him of my transmission blew up in New westminster and I was almost in tears.... he asked me if I would like a coffee or tea or water, then noticing I was upset he got me a water and a box of tissues. I told him I could afford a set amount and what I needed in a car.... he took care of the rest.... I got everything I needed and more and did not have to deal with a salesman that was gonna bs me. David was understanding of my situation and I went home in a rental that night that he provided me with and came back the next day to tie up all the lose ends. It wa an amazing experience and all I can say is this man put me as a customer at the highest of his priorities, , and is genuinely concerned about his customers. I'm pretty meticulous and my demands were executed at this dealership. I recommend this dealer to anyone, family, friends and strangers! I bought a 2013 TDI Jetta. I have owned 4 of these cars,TDI Jetta'S over the last 25 yrs and I still have my 2006 and the 2013. With around 450,000km travelled; I haven't ever broken down and have only replaced tires. Due to the high compression engine braking and all standard transmission models I have never changed brake pads or rotors. These cars are very fuel efficient and are greener than an electric car all factors considered. The diesel VW has been saving money and fuel since the 70's I believe." Diesel on people."With the development of biodiesel these cars will and can last a lifetime. The new ones are torquey and powerful. Excellent on hills and overtaking at highway speeds and beyond. More
