Charles' amazing knowledge of the brand, cars, engines, features and easy to understand explanations won me. I needed 3 months to stew on my decision and when I was ready, I drove over to meet with them. Rob took over and he was the salesman while Charles assisted. He answered all our questions/concerns and made buying our first car stress free. The team presence at this dealership was amazing; as Geoff is a fairly new sales associate, Robert McKenzie was very helpful and supportive to both Geoff and ourselves and if this was not enough customer service, the General Manager, Lorne Ross, also help us in our decision on buying the Jetta. Once the test drive was over and the final decision was made, we then met Scott Rainone. Scott's knowledge of financing and customer service helped us greatly in getting the car we wanted at the price/payment that we were most comfortable with. All and all our experience was excellent/amazing and I will be letting all my friends and family know that this is the place to go when purchasing a new vehicle. More

I asked for them to give me their best price on the complete vehicle plus extras for cash only. There was no pressure at all and it was the best price. Just the same as first visit a few years ago. We only went for a test drive but the offer was too good to resist. I do not like to feel pressured in my car buying but this dealership was cheerful, friendly and and very helpful. Full marks to all the staff we met who introduced themselves and particularly to our Product Specialist William who gave us a great instruction demonstration of the features of the new car before we drove away.
