Bets experience at a car dealer thus far I already owned a VW that I purchased from Capilano Volkswagen that I was looking to sell. I had posted it on craigslist and Blake from Maple Ridge V I already owned a VW that I purchased from Capilano Volkswagen that I was looking to sell. I had posted it on craigslist and Blake from Maple Ridge VW had got in touch with me to ask me if I wanted to sell the car to VW or look into trading up (which I did want to do). So I made the trek from downtown Vancouver to Maple Ridge based on the information about trade-ins, and all around good communication via e-mail I was getting. I let them know exactly what I wanted and what my price range was. The car I wanted was outside of my price range, but they helped me lower the price to where I was satisfied enough to buy it. Blake and Rob were great guys to talk to and to buy a car from. Blake needs to be added to this site so I can tag him in it. I will be coming back for my next VW or trade in if I decide to do so, for sure! More

Flash forward 2 years and now I'm buying a second car from them. The first car they showed me I wasn't impressed with so they worked their magic and got me into a 2015 golf. Geoff was great, nice guy all around. Answered everything I wanted to know and was generally a pleasure to be around. The rest of the team there worked extremely hard to make sure I was happy. Great Service I contacted the dealer inquiring about a vehicle they posted online. I was directed to David who was able to answer all my initial questions. He offered to send some more information on other vehicles I was interested in. Since it was a fair drive out to the dealer, David put together a very detailed video showing me the car (exterior and interior). When I made it out to the dealer on the weekend David was able to answer all my questions and show me all the features. David never pushy and was very respectful and knowledgeable. Ben helped make everything easy to understand and painless while working on the financing. Very friendly and funny. I highly recommend visiting Maple Ridge Volkswagen for your next vehicle. More
