Charles was very responsive starting with answering my online enquiry within minutes and made sure to have the exact car I was looking at available for a test drive when I came in Saturday morning. He's friendly and personable and genuinely wants to help make sure the car is a great fit. I didn't feel pressured to buy something that wasn't what I wanted but felt like we working for a deal that worked for me. Charles was thorough in going through the vehicle options and features including some I hadn't known about in my prior research. He even drove my old diesel home so that I could easily take the new car home on the same day. That goes beyond my expectations! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charles to my friends and family!
