They helped me by finding me the best deal and had me in my new car in less then a week. Recently being hit in a accident found not at fault, I was dealing with the headache of ICBC because the driver was non-insured with no valid drivers license. VW Called to offer me 0% interest on my 2017 Tiguan and I told them about my accident they only furthered the highest level of customer service by telling me they would deal with ICBC and have me in a new Tiguan by This weekend. I continually recommend VWs and I love mine. Coming from a household who all owned hondas, they never understood why I stayed true to the VW brand. Great Experience Was initially looking to replace my Mini Cooper with either a Mini Cooper S or GTI. I had inquired via email on a used GTI at the Maple Ridge and Abbo Was initially looking to replace my Mini Cooper with either a Mini Cooper S or GTI. I had inquired via email on a used GTI at the Maple Ridge and Abbotsford VW locations. I waited 4 days for the Abbotsford location to respond. While Charles, at the Maple Ridge VW, responded right away and answered all my questions quickly. It was the communication with Charles that led us to Maple Ridge. Our 1st car shopping appointment was with Mini in Langley, and after spending several hours at mini we got nowhere and were given "typical" car salesman shtick. Despite feeling defeated and tired by the process at Mini, we drove to Maple Ridge VW and our experience was a 360. Geoff offered a no pressure, friendly service and we had all the numbers we needed very quickly. All the staff at Maple Ridge VW made our experience worthy of telling all our friends. Total Satisfaction! Went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen looking to buy a car. As I owned a 2008 VW Golf - which I really loved - I went in to buy another Golf. However - it Went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen looking to buy a car. As I owned a 2008 VW Golf - which I really loved - I went in to buy another Golf. However - it turned out I couldn't get the Golf with a Sunroof without going to faux leather seats - which I do not like. So I looked at the Jetta which allowed me the cloth seats and sunroof. Geoff was very helpful in finding the right car for me. As I was giving my Daughter my Golf - they were very good in suggesting that they could do it all at the same time. So the next day I brought my Daughter with me - transferred her my old car and got everything arranged in my new car! I was very satisfied with the customer service I received! I had a dollar figure in my head on what I wanted to spend and they accommodated my price and I drove off in my new car very happy! More

It's nice that the Service Director himself, Chris, takes time to talk to the customers and hear their needs. All too often, I have met service people who do the "we're the experts, don't tell us what to do" mentality, but Chris and his staff take time to hear what we, the ones driving the cars daily, have to say about the problems the cars are having. This makes a lot of difference and enables much more accurate diagnosis of problems. More
