Blake quickly identified the items that were important to us and made sure to show us vehicles that had the features we wanted, and were within the target budget. Adam did a great job explaining the different payment options and what each scenario would look like. He also was able to get me a little extra on the trade in. They all stayed late (until 10PM!) while Rhys worked on our financing and we got our insurance in order. We had to come back to the dealer a few days later to finish the paperwork, and that was a painless experience as well. Overall a great experience and I intend to only do business with Maple Ridge VW for all of our VW needs in the future! More
Best new vehicle purchase I have ever made On Boxing Day Dec 26/17 I decided to purchase a VW Tiguan. I have been debating this particular vehicle for some time and finally decided that was the On Boxing Day Dec 26/17 I decided to purchase a VW Tiguan. I have been debating this particular vehicle for some time and finally decided that was the day. My salesman Chris was extremely helpful helping me narrow down the exact one I wanted. I couldn’t decide if I wanted the new 2018 or an older model. Chris brought up the 2018 as well as 2 other options for me to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the features of each and asked lots of questions to dial in what was important to me. When it came down to it, my final decision was based on colour and Chris even helped me decide what I really wanted. “Remember you have to look at it every day when you get in, you want to make sure you are happy with your choice”. I ended up buying a 2016 Tiguan R-Line in white and I couldn’t be happier. I love my VW and will definitely recommend Chris to anyone that I hear looking for a vehicle. Once the choosing was done, Scott in finance was able to process my financing quickly, explaining fully my options available for warranty and payment options. Maple Ridge Volkswagen made my purchase so enjoyable. More
Bad experienced As the title says.. with my experience with this place I would give it a 0 star but it won't let me. I'm sure there are some or few that have had a great experienced with this dealership but not me. Bought my 2017 Jetta brand new, in the contract it says 25 kms but the car registered 215 kms. when I picked it up. After 2 days of driving it, the seat belt indicator keeps coming on even I have the seat belt on properly. After a few days, the seat belt still doing it, on and off, so I finally called the manager and left a message a couple of times and guess what, he won't even have the decency to return my calls. I believe that they sold me a defective one and they won't owned up to it. I know it's under warranty but c'mon it's only been 2 days and you start getting a problem they should at less offer to take it back or something. I finally have an appointment to have it look at by volkswagon in Richmond. This guys hate receiving bad reviews apparently but in my opinion, I wasn't treated equally. Thumbs up to Charles and Scott from financing, they are great but the other two, they are putting a bad rep on a good dealership and VW brand. Would I still buy a VW, of course but not at this dealership. More

Good service I had been to a few dealerships before with my mother but never really felt attached to any of the other vehicles hence I was hesitant to go back to t I had been to a few dealerships before with my mother but never really felt attached to any of the other vehicles hence I was hesitant to go back to the dealerships or show any really commitment. This dealership however had a car I really liked after testing it out but really needed to know the price before deciding I wanted it. The budget was $9000, which we told them. When they pulled the first car up, I asked how much it was and they said they didn't know but that it was in our price range. I was suspcious because they know their cars or at least have good appraisal skills and could estimate how much they would be selling it for. When I finished the test drive we found out it was $13,000, $4000 over budget. They had to have known it would be over budget before letting me test it. It didn't seem like there was any chance I would drive that car home but they wanted to talk it out. My mother is a very good negotiator and knows how to show enough interest to keep the negotiations going but not too much to seem like willingness to settle. They started throwing in a lot on the deal and gave a generous trade-in allowance. After a bit, we had a very lucrative deal and suddenly what had just seemed like an impossibilty was now the best deal we were going to get so we took it. With everything they threw in, it's hard to give them anything but a good review although I feel like while they were trying to get the car off the lot as quickly as possible, the additional work such as detailing and the summer tires seemed to be somethig avoided doing if they could. But oh well, maybe it's just me. More

The service manager Doug DaCosta and his service tech's - found a flaw in the VWBug that my daughter drives to school and work that ended up saving me over $1200 cash. DaCosta and his repair technicians were super helpful and extremely knowledgeable when dealing with the unknown issue that my daughter had with her driver side window. They were extremely helpful and offered my daughter with tips to prevent any further issues. Her car came out completely washed and cleaned out including the regular tune up (that was needed) all with excellent tip top shape. Thanks so much to the VW Maple Ridge Service dept. More
