Was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had! My wife and I were in the market for an SUV to accommodate our growing family. The car I was driving was a two door coupe with some negative equity on My wife and I were in the market for an SUV to accommodate our growing family. The car I was driving was a two door coupe with some negative equity on it. Blake quickly identified the items that were important to us and made sure to show us vehicles that had the features we wanted, and were within the target budget. Adam did a great job explaining the different payment options and what each scenario would look like. He also was able to get me a little extra on the trade in. They all stayed late (until 10PM!) while Rhys worked on our financing and we got our insurance in order. We had to come back to the dealer a few days later to finish the paperwork, and that was a painless experience as well. Overall a great experience and I intend to only do business with Maple Ridge VW for all of our VW needs in the future! More
