Happy With The Outcome My wife and I are retirees living on the Sunshine Coast and we made the mistake of trying to live with one vehicle. After a year of trying to live with one vehicle we came to the same conclusion: Wasn't a good idea! So now compliments of the great customer service of Maple Ridge Volkswagen my wife has her dream machine, a 2017 VW Beetle Classic and I have a 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo....both low mileage, preowned vehicles. We were at this location looking and getting what we wanted for seven hours and our canine pack member was with us. The Maple Ridge VW Team Members: Adam Walker-Sales Manager and Jaz Yeo- Product Specialist, were exceptionally helpful and patient in finding us what we ended up with and coming to a compatible negotiation on the price for both cars with our trade. Thank you Doug DaCosta I needed to have my lug nuts unlocked because I couldn't find my security key. I went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen and saw Doug DaCosta. He helped me I needed to have my lug nuts unlocked because I couldn't find my security key. I went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen and saw Doug DaCosta. He helped me immediately and got a nice young apprentice to remove the locked nuts and put on regular lug nuts at no charge. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I really appreciate the excellent service.
