I felt as if this dealership breaks all stereotypes! What a positive experience and amazing feeling I have leaving this dealership! My sister had a bad accident yesterday, today this company changed eve What a positive experience and amazing feeling I have leaving this dealership! My sister had a bad accident yesterday, today this company changed everything for her! She got an amazing car, everything she asked for and these employees put themselves in our shoes to understand our situation! James was personable and someone we trusted fully! The way he speaks and the way he values customers! We almost left with 2 cars today, the fact that the manager rob was there and making everything just as smooth! We thankfully only needed one, but I will be back when I start to look for a new car for sure! The financial department also was pleasant! 4 people we dealt with today had actually all said the same thing! Everyone showed compassion and care! I would recommend James to anyone and I'd recommend that company puts him in a bigger roll! He is trustworthy and very polite! What a good human in the world to come across!!!!! Me and my sister are beyond happy!!!!!!! More

Horrible! I purchased a used truck, at the time of purchase I asked for the vehicle inspection that apparently it had done at the dealership, they replied th I purchased a used truck, at the time of purchase I asked for the vehicle inspection that apparently it had done at the dealership, they replied that it wasent available until the next day as the shop was closed. They said they would e-mail it to me the next day...also asked if I had any expensive unexpected problems with the truck was there any come back, they told me one month. I never did get the service report, phoned them multiple times to ask for the report, started having many problems with the truck about week after purchasing, DPF filter plugged, steering out of alignment,wearing out tires, tire inflation monitor failure. Phoned the dealer over and over, they just kept giving me a excuse to not deal with me. Very disappointed with the horrible experience! More
