Jaz and Adam were up front about all the costs, not pushy about add ons, did not waste our time and were extremely friendly! Once I had decided on the car, Scott in finance explained all the options clearly and concisely and made sure we understood everything My parents wouldn't stop raving about how easy the experience was, as they have bought 3 VWs from a different dealership in the past 4 years and felt they were battling with the sales team every time they went in there!
