Overcharged a lot by the tune of about 5k Savina Chen was looking for a Rav 4 xle hybrid and had to buy it through Volkswagen do to an insurance claim and no other reason. Every Toyota dealer Savina Chen was looking for a Rav 4 xle hybrid and had to buy it through Volkswagen do to an insurance claim and no other reason. Every Toyota dealer she talked to said she could drive off the lot with the car for about 43k all in. Savina came to finally pick up her car and pay for it and was surprised with the extra charge because Adam said we had to pay more for the car from Toyota... Savina felt like she had no way out because volkswagon was already holding 12k of her insurance money and felt like she was going to lose it if she didnt take the deal. Adam Walker in our opinion was dishonest and aloof with the Chens. More

Lorentz took me for a test drive and was very detailed and helpful in showing me all the features. He was clear, not pushy and very friendly! Rob was very accommodating when it came to crunching the numbers and sincerely worked with me to get me the best deal possible. Scott in finance was fast and efficient in pulling together all of the paper work and was also very friendly. We had come in late in the evening and everyone stayed after closing for us - Lorentz even helped to have the car detailed which was very much appreciated considering it was after hours and a week before Christmas! Overall, this team of people were very friendly, accommodating and efficient. I love my new Tiguan and would definitely recommend Maple Ridge Volkswagen to others! More
