Bought my first Jetta with the help of Ben Rafaoui Came from out of town to Maple Ridge Volkswagen. I had been in contact with Ben Rafaoui via email after browsing their website (I had also received good communication with Trevor). Ben kept me up to date on their inventory and came in on his day off to meet me at the dealership when I did make the trip to Maple Ridge. Ben is very professional and hard working and did a great job helping me get the deal I needed. Adam also lent his experience in the negotiations and in the end he was able to get the required money for my trade. A great deal and when my wife wants to purchase her VW our first stop will be at Maple Ridge Volkswagen. Love my 2012 Jetta Highline tdi. Thank you Ben, first class all the way. More

Got ME a car ;yes me ?! That in real life seemed near impossible in money &,credit standing and what I've been told car salesmen are like especially to people of my icome bracet .Having my last car shut off while driving with my son in the car scared to ever get back into that vechile ever again .e They say push pull drag thats why i evem came there . they PUSH ed it to work in every single way; income ,car choice , safety . and finance and coffee .they PULL ed me into a safe car, my son into their kids area he loved it . and DRAG end that sense of defeat of the incapabilites to get around in a safe reliable car for my sons life and mine. I am so humbled lost for words and forever grateful . Lorne thank you for everything you and ur team did for me and my son I can never say enough thank yous . Ben you did so much in the few days I was in the office while everyone was making this work for me thank u so much for finding me a car and getting rid of the unsafe one . . thank you Lenna and other sales staff for not minding my son run around the place even behind the desk points . Worst dealership Have sadly boughten two cars from this place. The only competent staff in this dealership was our salesman rob. We recently bought a brand new 201 Have sadly boughten two cars from this place. The only competent staff in this dealership was our salesman rob. We recently bought a brand new 2014 tiguan, was rushed through the sales process, only to get a not fully cleaned car, as well as the car being covered in scracthes on the body, WINDSHIELD, guage cluster and other trim parts Have been trying to get these problems remedied for almost two months now. Have not had any communication with any managment. The only time they have gotten ahold of me to deal with the issues was after We called VW Canada, and only then it was the service manager who had nothing to do with the issues called us. But the problems have not been addressed or corrected. BE CAREFUL..... the dealership just keeps telling us that the scracthes and wear on the paint are how the vehicles come and there is nothing they can do.. They did replace the windshield, but will not address the other issues, just keep saying that is how they come... We bought a 40000$ vehicle, with extended warranty, the car looks ten years old covered in scracthes, thrashed Most useless lotguys ever, if you buy dont let the on site lotmen touch your car... they will thrash it. After trading in our old lease they still took payments out over a month later, for a car we did not further own. It took a week of phone calls, lost sensitive information needing to be sent over email which was lost and then needed to be resent, to finally get the payments refunded. Be careful when if you use this dealership... they rush you and just tell you whatever gets them the sale. They do not stand behind their products, they just want your money and want you gone.. watch out for the old sales technique " well if you buy today we can put your sale under our great last months numbers and get you a better deal." BS!!!! we bought our car August 2nd ,2014, we still have not had problems they said they would fix fixed, as well as being blown off for the condition of the vehicle, and still to this day we have not heard from any relevant managers from either the dealership or VW Canada. EDIT we finally heard from a new manager Named ROB REAVELEY, he is refusing to meet with us only wants pictures. WE have no means to take pictures, but thats all he wants. He has gone so far as to tell the rest of the dealership not to deal with us, and bullied us that our only option is him, and if we want his help its his way only, but he still doesnt want to meet with us. We have offered to meet at his convenience at whichever dealership he may be working at but still her refuses to meet or speak with us, only by bullying emails. Do you want to deal with a dealership that will not meet with its customers to resolve issues? The service manager that finally contacted us had agreed to fix some of the problems, but now ROB is saying no unless he gets pictures, even though a manager and the salesman have seen the vehicle multiple times. We asked why he wont meet with us he doesnt answer only saying he wants pictures and thats all he will take to look at the car. He broke our oral agreement with chris thymer to get some of the problems fixed. As said with two cars purchased from this dealership both had/have massive problems from financing errors to worn thrashed vehicles, to no customer service. shady shady shady any other dealership will treat you right and actually meet and deal with you after you have bought you vehicle....not here.. We even bought full extended warranty and we cant get our vehicle fixed that we recieved damaged. Dont BOTHER!!! Watch out for the sales line, "If you buy today, we can put this sale under last months numbers and get you a better deal" Its a scam!! CHECK better business bureua and yelp.... Not good More

Image of sleezy car sales SHATTERED Was just dreading going in to the dealership. This due to many bad car buying experiences in my life time. Been lied to, pressured, cheated, tag teame Was just dreading going in to the dealership. This due to many bad car buying experiences in my life time. Been lied to, pressured, cheated, tag teamed, you name it…. MRVW has changed my negative opinion of the car sales industry to be sure. David was an absolute gentleman to deal with. Soft spoken, not the least bit pushy. A wealth of knowledge to be sure. I believe he is referred to as a master product specialist – appropriately so. He went out of his way to answer all questions. My ‘deal’ went down late in the evening. David made himself available to answer questions and go over features on the car that night (after closing) and the following weekend in the daylight – days after the sale. Adam was pleasant as well. I knew what my trade was worth and what I wanted to pay for the new station wagon. Adam tried to get a little bit more out of the deal, gently, respectfully and it never became adversarial. Can’t begrudge the dealership for that – they are a business with a lot of expenses. Like me, they want to feed their families…. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or on the defensive. While I had finances in place, I did interact with Scott to finish up paper work. Very pleasant and helpful. Bloke (sorry – name escapes me) who handled insurance also very pleasant. Everyone at the dealership friendly, outgoing and genuine in my opinion, both on the night of purchase and today’s follow up visit. Dealership definitely has my business and new station wagon shall be maintained there. If I find myself needing a vehicle in future, I’ll be looking up David P. for sure. Many thanks – well done!
