I had been painfully looking for a vehicle to purchase for a few weeks and had talked to many salespeople at many dealers all over the area. I was literally on my way back to another dealer to buy a vehicle I had looked at when I made one final stop at Maple Ridge Volkswagen and was greeted by Allana. I was totally impressed. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and found the perfect match for what I wanted. Her and the rest of the team did everything within their power to make a deal that worked for all of us. In my opinion, Allana went above and beyond. They answered my questions and I told them I was starting the process. I received a phone call from Trevor the following day asking us to come in and test drive a Beetle. Well, he treated us with respect and kindness and gave us a super deal. We bought a 2013 TDI Black Beetle. Just another impulse buy Had the image of a used vehicle in the back of my head as the dealership was on my commute to work everyday. Luckily, the moment I began speaking with Ben, I felt like I had help from someone who cared as much as family would. I got excellent customer service, and I felt as though a stressful, intimidating situation turned into a fun time. The amount of honesty in a salesman is always questioned, and I didn't have to question it at all after talking to him; I knew I was in good hands. I can't express enough how important his genuine attitude was to me, not to mention his capabilities of number crunching were incredible.
