I had been painfully looking for a vehicle to purchase for a few weeks and had talked to many salespeople at many dealers all over the area. I was literally on my way back to another dealer to buy a vehicle I had looked at when I made one final stop at Maple Ridge Volkswagen and was greeted by Allana. I was totally impressed. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and found the perfect match for what I wanted. Her and the rest of the team did everything within their power to make a deal that worked for all of us. In my opinion, Allana went above and beyond.
