We were greeted by David Procknow when we walked into the dealership. He was very professional and courteous. We felt comfortable with him immediately. We had been looking at vehicles for three days because our Chevy Impala had been written off in a car accident. We were very happy with our 2009 Volkswagen Jetta so we thought that we would look at buying another Volkswagen. David showed us a 2014 VW Passat that had been used by the dealership as a service loaner. David pointed out all of the safety features of the vehicle plus the excellent fuel economy. He is a walking computer on Volkswagens. His knowledge amazed us. We took it for a test drive and knew that this was the vehicle for us. We then met Chris Masse the Sales Manager. Chris negotiated very fairly and was conscious that we had been shopping. Chris really understands the customer and "gets it". The bottom line is that we got a great price and David and Chris went the extra mile to really earn our business. Scott Rainone from the finance department put the final touches on the deal and handled the paperwork with a smile and made it very easy. Prior to my visit to Maple Ridge Volkswagen I had always dealt with an auto broker because I didn't want the hassle of dealing with an over bearing sales person. Maple Ridge Volkswagen completely changed my experience and yes I will definitely buy from them again. More

Tiguan! I was looking for a new vehicle after having my first and only vehicle for 7.5years. I had not been considering a Volkswagen as my next new vehicle or I was looking for a new vehicle after having my first and only vehicle for 7.5years. I had not been considering a Volkswagen as my next new vehicle originally because I thought they were out of my price range. I knew I wanted a newer suv and I was being quite particular and a few features. One day I decided to just go test drive a Tiguan at mapleridge Volkswagen and had a great first test drive with Rob McKenzie. He made me feel very comfortable, he was knowledge, open and honest. I was not seriously looking yet at that point, but when I finally realized the 2014 Tiguan had everything that I wanted in a new vehicle I returned to the dealership, with my father who is a bit of a shark, and ended up working with David would followed up with me via email after my first test drive. He handled the pressure from my dad very well and really knows his stuff. Lastly I worked with Scott in financing who actually drives a Tiguan which was nice to have some personal input. He was also very helpful, personable and made it much easier to make this very big new purchase. Overall it was a stressful but good experience for a nervous but excited buyer. More
