absolutely amazing! we came in just looking at the inventory and prices they had, and me and my boyfriend both left with cars. I got the 2015 jetta and he got a 2014 jeep patriot that was on the lot. exactly what we were looking for. Trevor and and the sales manager adam were amazing! we ended up working with them for hours and the experience was very comfertable. Not once did we feel pressured and we were amazed at how we were treated like royalty. We were at the dealership 2 hours after closing to finish up paperwork and Trevor, Ben the finance guy (who was hilarious and didn't make us feel at all like we were keeping him) and the insurance guy. we didn't get a chance to eat and without even saying anything Trevor noticed it was past supper time and got me, my boyfriend and his mom supper ans brought it back to the dealership for us! I will never recommend anyone to any other dealership and I will ALWAYS be buying my vehicles from maple ridge Volkswagen! TREVOR, BEN, ADAM AND THE INSURANCE GUY, THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH! I have never been so pleased with a company in my life:) the service was fantastic and the Jetta is unbeatable, not only for price but for safety and style. More

My VW Passat was a factory order, meaning they didn't have the exact car on the lot and I had to wait for it to arrive, the staff was very good at keeping me up to date on when the car will arrive and having everything ready to go for me when I picked it up. This was my first time buying a new car, I thought the buying experience would be quite stressful, but the staff made it quite the opposite. The sales team were not "pushy" at all and I was very thankful for that. Great job Maple Ridge Volkswagen, keep up the great work! More
