I've avoided dealerships for 15 years ... but I can honestly say I would recommend buying a car from Ben. We were searching craigslist with a few very specific prerequisites, and found wha ... but I can honestly say I would recommend buying a car from Ben. We were searching craigslist with a few very specific prerequisites, and found what we were looking for at Maple Ridge VW. I had never bought a car from a dealership because I always felt that it was just more money for the same vehicle, but I wanted to at least look at it so I would have something to compare other similar cars to. Well, 5 minutes in the door and I was already won over. Ben was amazing to deal with. Not your "typical car salesman", Ben was very straightforward and honest - and easy going (read: no high-pressure sales here), and excellent to deal with in all regards. It was a fair bit more money (than similar cars being sold privately), but it was so entirely worth it I don't regret it for even a moment. The customer service and the fact that they actually inspect their vehicles is worth the extra money alone. I have no doubts about the vehicle I purchased, I truly appreciate everything Ben did for us, and I will be seeing him again when we decide to upgrade our second vehicle. I don't think anyone would have buyers remorse dealing with these guys. More
