Great Experience I have been to several different dealerships looking for a new vehicle (not only VW but other car manufacturers aswell), and some salesmen were pushy, I have been to several different dealerships looking for a new vehicle (not only VW but other car manufacturers aswell), and some salesmen were pushy, some ignored me, and some I felt looked a bit down on me for wanting to purchase a 'base model' and not anything 'luxury'. But when I came to the Maple Ridge VW, not only did David greet me with a great smile, he was not pushy and listened to exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. He showed me one that had met all the items on my check list and didn't push me for any extra upgrades. He was the most knowledgeable salesman of all the ones that I have met, which not only eased my mind when I had questions, but I also learnt more about the vehicle I was purchasing. There is not a single thing that I can complain about my experience with David and nothing I can suggest for him to improve on.....except maybe the weather!! Thank you David. More

hopefull I had a small Nissan Micra that was eating up fuel and to small for my tall children and I travel alot with my job. My son wanted me to check out a different dealership and I wanted to check out VW that had a reputation of better built fuel efficient engines. So we went to his choice and I was turned down then I went to VW, as I entered the door, I was met with a smiley, kind salesman named Will. I explained how awful my car is and he said he had a plan for me and either way, of a used or new car. he would work hard to help me with a VW car. After looking at a couple choices we started the process which I left with him. A few hours later Will called me to come in and load n behold I drove out with a new jetta. My time spent at the dealership was very pleasant and Will took the pressure off of me and the rest of the staff also ensured my time was worth it and upon returning there everyone was very happy for the good news. I now had two VW vehicle and my final vehicle will be a VW converted van. Thank you Will for all you've done. More
