The best car buying experience to date. I have purchased many new cars over the years from Toyota, Mazda, BMW, Mercedes and I have to say my car buying experience with Maple Ridge Volkswagon I have purchased many new cars over the years from Toyota, Mazda, BMW, Mercedes and I have to say my car buying experience with Maple Ridge Volkswagon blew them away. We started with another Volkswagon dealer but could not get us what we wanted. We called Ben Rafaoui and he was easy to deal with and was prompt with answering our queries. We came in on the last day of the month and 1 hour before closing time. I was assuming I would be there for a couple hours and then have to come back the next day to finish up and pick up our car. However Ben was able to prepare everything upfront before we arrived and also prepared everything for Scott Rainone in finance. I always feel uncomfortable when walking into the finance office however Scott was awesome and very easy to deal with. He was quite informative of all the options we had for the car and I never felt any pressure. Scott had the insurance person all ready for us and he was also fantastic, and educated me on a couple things about my insurance I never knew about. We finished up with them and Ben had the car washed, plates on and ready to go. Showed us all the features of the car and set up our Bluetooth phone for us. I really want to thank Ben and Scott for taking the time to have everything done for us to drive home in a new car even though it was 10pm at night. It was my best car buying experience ever. More

Fantastic customer service! My wife and I purchased a new Jetta from Maple Ridge VW yesterday. The customer service provided was second to none. As I am very busy, the sepcifics My wife and I purchased a new Jetta from Maple Ridge VW yesterday. The customer service provided was second to none. As I am very busy, the sepcifics of the deal were worked out mostly via email with our salesman David Procknow. He was amazingly accomodating on all of our needs and wants. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by another salesman and reception, and not in that "chickenhawk" kind of way. They made us feel comfortable and we werent just a number. After meeting David in person, he went over the deal with us and it was exactly as descirbed and planned...NO SURPRISES! He went over the features of our car very in depth and knew the car inside and out. We then went to see Scott Rainone who again was EXCELLENT. He talked us through our financing and warranty options like we were talking to a friend. He didnt push anything on us, just explained the pros and cons, and let us decide. We ended up having bumper to bumper warranty for the 84 month term, for $3 extra a month. How can you say no to that? The girl they have doing insurance from Rand and Fowler was also awesome! The entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure and made this the easiest car deal I have ever done in my life. I would recommend this dealership and specifically David and Scott to all of my family and friends, hands down. Top notch customer service and no pressure. Quick and easy I had previously gone to another dealership, and put down a deposit but they could not get the car that I wanted. I was referred to Ben but unfortunat I had previously gone to another dealership, and put down a deposit but they could not get the car that I wanted. I was referred to Ben but unfortunately at the time, he also did not have the car that I wanted. However the next day, he called me and said that the specific colour that I wanted just came in and he reserved it for me! Went in that night and drove away in a new car.
