They kindly explained the whole situation for us. Our needs were taken into consideration and our financial state so we were offered a 2015 jetta tsi comfortline at a price that we had actually thought couldn't even be closely done. Though Pierre was our salesman and not working there anymore, Ben was the salesman that took the time to make us feel welcome and happy with our choice of going to Maple Ridge VW being very friendly and helpful even sharing some stories and jokes and even giving encouragement to me to pursue a career in the automotive sales industry and how he got to where he was now and how he started out. Ben even stayed way beyond closing hours with us even though he's not our salesman, he wanted to make sure we were well taken care of and our every needs met. More
