Henry is your man at Maple Ridge, very understanding of my needs and wants and finding the right car for me. I was in contact with him prior to visiting the dealership and from the get go he knew what i wanted and offered me lots of options. I test drove two cars and a deal was put on the table but I had not intended on buying a car that day. I visited a few other VW dealerships and Maple Ridge stood out a lot more, the cars were in immaculate condition compared to other dealers who had sprinkled some water on the car before i arrived (not cool). I was straight to the point with Henry and his manager Chris, both fine tuned the deal multiple times to make it work for me. In honesty they must have been sick of me as I had an issue with every deal put on the table but that was truly my fault and nothing to do with the dealership. I am very picky. We struck a deal a week after I test drove the car, but unfortunately the financing option was the thing that didn't work for me. I had to walk out of there for a second time without a car. This was my decision and the guys did everything they could to make it work for me, offer me advice but it just didn't work out. Henry followed up a few days late to see how he could still help me out as he knew i wanted a Jetta, he said he would help try sell my trade privately rather than trade it in, which ultimately would help me out with the added cost of financing. Henry also thanked me for giving him the opportunity to find a car and deal that worked for me which I thought was really big of him seems as I had wasted so much of his time and still did not drive a car off the lot. Its easy to see these guys put in hard work and are patient with their customers,they make you feel comfortable from the get go, they even bought myself and my girlfriend pizza as we waited to see Ben who deals with the finance. Ben was also great and he tried his utmost to find me the best financing deal, unfortunately the banks don't like my temporary resident status. If you want a VW go to Maple Ridge, give these guys the opportunity to win your business, they will better any deal from another dealership I promise you that. Once my residency status changes to permanently stay in Canada I will be back to these guys. More
