He was honest and very reliable and took his time to understand the needs of myself and my family. He matched us up with a vehicle that we are very proud to own. The manager helped us get a great price that worked for us. When we returned to finish the financing Scott was great to deal with, he was quick and thorough as I was in a bit of a time crunch! They kindly explained the whole situation for us. Our needs were taken into consideration and our financial state so we were offered a 2015 jetta tsi comfortline at a price that we had actually thought couldn't even be closely done. Though Pierre was our salesman and not working there anymore, Ben was the salesman that took the time to make us feel welcome and happy with our choice of going to Maple Ridge VW being very friendly and helpful even sharing some stories and jokes and even giving encouragement to me to pursue a career in the automotive sales industry and how he got to where he was now and how he started out.
