This dealership neglected to complete the paperwork properly, and when approached about a few years later,(found out when I tried to sell the car ther This dealership neglected to complete the paperwork properly, and when approached about a few years later,(found out when I tried to sell the car there was damages), was told my car was not worth more than 3or 4 thousand for 2006 Jetta tdi with 134,000kms. Sales manager hung up on me, several times, and refused to even try to help out. Maybe if I was offered a good trade in,things may have changed, but the arrogance and ignorance with how I was treated, never again Volkswagen and never again Maple Ridge VW. More

That is not the case at Maple Ridge VW, David and his team not only listened to my concerns but provided customer service that I have never seen before at a car dealership. Instead of trying to up sell me on a newer vehicle David listen to me and found a car that he thought I would be perfect for, he was right! He was not only patient with me asking a thousand questions but most importantly he did not pressure me into the sale. I did it at my own pace, which is something i cannot say about other VW dealerships. Other places make you feel like a walking around dollar sign, this dealership made my shopping experience wonderful, so wonderful that I drove all the way from Abbotsford just to deal with David!! Thanks David ... I love my new car!!!!! More
