Great service until theyhad our money. This dealership neglected to complete the paperwork properly, and when approached about a few years later,(found out when I tried to sell the car ther This dealership neglected to complete the paperwork properly, and when approached about a few years later,(found out when I tried to sell the car there was damages), was told my car was not worth more than 3or 4 thousand for 2006 Jetta tdi with 134,000kms. Sales manager hung up on me, several times, and refused to even try to help out. Maybe if I was offered a good trade in,things may have changed, but the arrogance and ignorance with how I was treated, never again Volkswagen and never again Maple Ridge VW. More
