My husband and I went there last week to "look" as we were contemplati The staff at MRC have completely exceeded our expectations on customer service. My husband and I went there last week to "look" as we were contemplating trading in our vehicles. Sam greeted us in the rain, offering his umbrella to myself and daughter and proceeded to inform us about the vehicles in the lot. He showed us many and answered our million questions determined to help us find the perfect vehicle. We test drove 2 cars, one directly from the showroom because Sam knew I loved the color. We left the dealership that evening with 2 deposits down and I drove my new Dodge Journey home :) He truly went over and above to ensure our comfort including buying us pizza for dinner while waiting in the lobby, with our young daughter, for the finance manager to complete our paperwork. Kim, the general manager, was absolutely lovely and so comforting and helpful. We returned the following two days to complete our deals and never once felt like we went unnoticed as customers, even receiving single roses for myself and two daughters for Valentines Day. Darryl in finance was a hoot. He ensured we left with 2 signed replica jerseys the day our deals were complete and both of us left with free gifts with the purchase of our vehicles as well.
