Great experience and friendly staff I had a great experience with Maple Ridge Chrysler. wheels locked on Saturday March 28, 2015.We were changing back to our summer tires at the tire shop. Once there we discovered our lug nut "lock socket" was missing, th Saturday March 28, 2015.We were changing back to our summer tires at the tire shop. Once there we discovered our lug nut "lock socket" was missing, the tire shop sent us to Maple Ridge Chrysler to get a new one. They didnt have one in stock , so Rob Kidson in the parts dept. located a master socket and went outside in the parking lot and unlocked all the wheels himself, no work order, no waiting behind customers already booked in service, just super polite and the " its not a problem"we are happy to help out attitude. He also replaced the locking lug nuts insisting he would not let us drive off the lot missing 4 lug nuts, concerned for our saftey, even though i told him we were driving back to the tire shop less than a block away. And to top it off 30minutes of Rob's time, labour and parts he says "NO CHARGE"with a big smile and have a nice day. Wow, one big happy mother and 3 year old daughter. Thanks Rob , great customer service. More

Difficult to get a straight answer. Decided to buy our first new vehicle so came to MR Chrysler. We originally looked at vans but felt the Ram would suit us better. We were shown several far outside our price range which wasted a lot of time. Eventually we were pointed to a truck that suited us but when the salesman "talked to the manager" the price went up by $2000. It was an absolutely stereotypical car salesman farce. When we were going to walk away the sales manager got involved and treated us very well. Finally got our Ram at a price we could be happy with. Lots of upselling from finance guy but that happens everywhere now. Overall a very long and frustrating experience. We were at the dealership for 9 hours, 3 of those were after we had signed deal. We love our truck but I sure wish it hadn't been so painful to get it. More
