Pleasant Experience I went in to Maple Ridge Chrysler to check out their Rams. I was introduced to Joe Abenante. In the pouring rain he had showed me what was available. I went in to Maple Ridge Chrysler to check out their Rams. I was introduced to Joe Abenante. In the pouring rain he had showed me what was available. His knowledge of the Ram was very extensive as he owns one himself. He let me take my 2014 Bighorn for an over night test drive. I thoroughly went through the vehicle and fell in love with it. I brought it back the following day and we wrote up a deal. I cannot say enough about the way Joe helped me with the process and the rest of the staff involved. I would thoroughly recommend Mapleridge Chrysler. More

Wish I could say the same about Gary in finance. He made sure that I would remember Maple Ridge Crysler, whether it be good or bad. This has been the second new ram I've purchased from there since 2011 and will be my last. I realize they sell over 230 vehicles a month, and I don't mean much to them but a number, but you hope you wouldn't feel like your in a buffet restaurant line up. Finance never went over my interest rates, payments or terms. He insisted on selling me warranties and protection packages, and when I declined the protection packages he became rude and short with me, not to mention the hint of non professional sarcasm. When the paper work was all signed I was given the keys and sent on my way. Nobody went over the new vehicle with me, but they did give me a dvd to watch (lol). Never discussed the details using the tire protection package and warranties. Great customer service! I figured they just saw someone else in the buffet line up. Kimberly and the money people did a great job making sure the numbers worked out, but everything else after wasn't enjoyable. If you plan on purchasing a new car from here prepare yourself for a very long day with great friendly service till you've signed the paperwork. They will throw numbers at you and have you in a new vehicle before you know it. Don't be afraid to check out other Chryslers if this is the brand you want in your driveway. Max Javon tries very hard to accommodate and is easy to deal with. When Max gave me this dealer rate card to fill out I told him it would be better if I didn't, then I noticed they put one in the glove box so....... I really could go on, but they've had enough of my time already More

Challenger Hellcat Purchasing Experiance I ordered a Challenger Hellcat last July and the car arrived today. I received a phone call first thing in the morning and Ian Speckman the Manager along with my salesman Joe Abenante were amazing. They paid attention to detail and ensured all my requests were met. They also made sure that I got the car at MRSP from when I ordered it. The price changed a few times because of the dollar however that did not effect my purchase. I can't say enough how pleased I am as this will be my 8th vehicle I have bought from them all a positive experience. Thanks, Todd More

Courteous, responsive, supportive and fun. I had been after the dealership where I bought my 2013 Ford Escape to help me find a larger vehicle better suited to my retired lifestyle of extended I had been after the dealership where I bought my 2013 Ford Escape to help me find a larger vehicle better suited to my retired lifestyle of extended road trips, camping, and kayaking. Ideally I wanted to do a straight exchange and would be happy with a slightly older vehicle. After over a year of no joy with my Ford dealer I decided to return to a Chrysler dealership. I Googled the best rated Chrysler Dealer in the Vancouver lower Mainland and Maple Ridge Chrysler popped up with rave reviews. I came in with my car and Max immediately understood my needs. Within fifteen minutes he had come up with a 2010 Grand Caravan SXT with the same mileage as my 2013 Escape. It was in great shape (as was my Escape) and had the sto and go seats feature and roof rack I needed. With the help of the Sales Manager Dan they added a set of new all season tires and a towing package and the deal was done. Max and Dan took good care of me and I am confident that if there are any concerns with the vehicle in the months ahead they will be there for me. More

Exceptional Service For the last few months I have been researching on line and various local dealerships for the purpose of purchasing a new truck. As I had never been t For the last few months I have been researching on line and various local dealerships for the purpose of purchasing a new truck. As I had never been to Maple Ridge Chrysler, I thought I would stop off for 15 minutes and check their inventory and prices. As I walked on to the car lot, I was greeted by Sameer (Sam) Singh. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and most of all his honesty. I have dealt with a few car salesmen over the years and by far Sam was head and shoulders above the others. I was choosy in the type of vehicle I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Sam was able to accommodate me and my requests and exceeded my expectations with his polite , friendly, honest and non pushy attitude. It was because of Sam, I ended up buying my new truck. My experience dealing with Maple Ridge Chrysler didn't end just with Sam. Rocky in Finance was also equally exceptional in his service and in dealing with me. He took the time to explain what my options were and what was best for me allowing me to make an informed decision. From the Sales Managers to the General Manager coming out and personally greeting myself and meeting with me considering how busy they were, was an added touch of professionalism. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Sam to my friends and family. Overall an excellent experience. More

We have an 11 month old baby and another one on the way so we just wanted ideas for an upgrade in vehicle. We informed Joe of our reason for visiting and right away he had vehicles in mind for us that met our needs and he never tried to sell us on anything otherwise. This was our first time buying a new car and from picking a vehicle to signing the loan papers the whole experience was great. We also had our daughter with us and the staff was very accommodating in regards to that. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
