Not only did I get the best deal for a truck in the Lower Mainland (I had extensively shopped around) but the people who helped me through the process were also exceptional. From first contact with the sales person Lucas (who turned me onto the truck (that fitted my buying parameters) to finishing the deal with Max and then completing the process with Tony. Every interaction went well above expectations with special appreciation and praise to Tony and his personal approach to finishing the deal. His commitment to customer satisfaction is undeniable. I won't hesitate to recommend that any of my friends and family visit this dealership if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

I bought my 200s new last summer from the dealership and my experience thus far has been a rough go. It started with the sales man giving me the wrong spec sheet and then not getting the same model when I picked up the vehicle. seemed that there was lack of communication in the sales department. I don't recommend buying the car care package, it's a large smoke and mirror show. your local detailing place can do the same for a 1/4 of the price with the same guarantees. Secondly the tires were suppose to be filed with nitrogen, they weren't and I've requested at multiple services that this be fixed. many occasions they have promised this and my car still sits with regular air in the tires every time i pick it up. I've had a few warranty issues and for the most part they have been decent about it they have a few good service advisors who take the time to explain and follow up, but there seems to be a huge disconnect between the garage, counter staff and marketing. kept receiving emails saying bring your car in and we'll check the fluid levels. not once have they been checked in a year besides the oil being changed. my last oil change I specifically asked for the fluids to be checked & coolant topped up as we were going to Kamloops. On the start of my journey after the oil change my washer fluid light came on, Then when we arrived at our destination I checked the oil level and coolant level. the oil was barely at the safe zone, underfilled and the coolant had also not been topped up. I received a call early this week from the marketing department asking how my last service was, I informed them off my displeasure in the lack of follow through and was told again that they would attend to the issues, they'd have a service advisor call me to bring in the car and top up the fluids and correct the tires this week....the call never came... It's not the customers job to constantly chase after a dealer for basics. New cars aren't inexpensive, they should go that extra mile to give the consumer the confidence in the service. they are suppose to protect your investment and advertise "5 star service" it's been 1 star at best, that going to the counter staff. I'm now going to go spend extra cash and time topping up my own coolant, oil and washer fluid. And find a new alternative for warranty and service work. if you're a detail orientated person, save yourself the headache of this dealer. More
Absolutely amazing and so caring. My boyfriend and I went to Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep and Dodge because we wanted to upgrade to a bigger vehicle that would accommodate our growing fam My boyfriend and I went to Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep and Dodge because we wanted to upgrade to a bigger vehicle that would accommodate our growing family but that was also affordable. We had a Dodge Dart which we loved but with a dog and now a baby on the way we wanted something a little more practical. So we were shown the Dodge Journey perfectly named since we were getting it to start our new journey as parents. We weren't sure about it at first we were worried about the cost in gas as it is bigger then our little Dart so they let us take it home for a night to see how we felt and we fell in love with it. Our worries over gas fell away as we watched how little it burned. It was just so perfect for us we could picture our family in this so easily. Now all it came down with was working out a way to get the financing to be affordable for us which was not so easy as I'm going on maternity leave in a month we worried about our payments going up while we were transitioning to me not working so we asked that we defer for 3 months to give us the chance to deal with getting financially settled with that transition but unfortunately the bank just would not allow us to defer so we thought we would be going back home in our Dart but our sales manager Kimberley Conway would not have that she knew how important it was for us to have this vehicle she cared about us and she pulled some magic and got us our deferral it was going to cost money though and amazingly she got the costs covered by the dealership for us. She was absolutely fantastic it felt amazing to have her be so caring and understanding of our situation and to work so hard to make it all work for us. I can tell you we will never go anywhere else especially as long as Kimberly is there. We could not be happier about how everything turned out and we absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a fair deal and for the dealership to actually care about them. More
Bought the vehicle because of the price, not the experience I made an appointment with someone in the dealership to meet at 7 p.m. on the day of purchase and said that he would have several options for me. Someone else took over, but was not aware of what I was looking for. The Sales was nice and friendly, however he didn't seem familiar with where the cars were in the lot. I asked to see the Jeep Patriot and he was searching the whole lot for them. Then, we saw another car and I asked the price, he didn't know and he went into the office to check the price. I asked about the Internet Special on a used Ford Escape, he wasn't aware of it, again he went into the office and came back to tell me that it was sold. So, I was left in the lot by sales rep at least 3 times. Then, he showed me to the car that I purchased. I tooked it for a test drive, but at no point he really went over the features of the car that I can recall. I decided to purchase the car because I thought the price was a good deal, but no one showed me how to operate anything in my car. Let's just say that I didn't even know how to turn the heater on in this vehicle. The thing that I liked the least was that the Manager came over and sat with us and he wrote on our paper "No TV" "No Ipad". I was unaware that they were giving gifts away as part of a promotion. Then, he proceeded to tell us how he was not making any money on the deal and they only get a bonus for selling this car because it is a manufacturer's promotion and so we get no Ipad, No TV. We didn't really need to hear him complaint about this. He did give us a nice blender as a gift and the sales rep was nice enough to give us a GPS/Bluetooth device, since the 2015 Journey that we purchased doesn't come with either. Hearing the manager complaint about not making money on the deal and to come over just to tell us that we don't get an Ipad or TV really left a sour taste for me. I don't care for either one of those things because we have 3 of each at our place, so we would have probably picked something else. I rather he tell me that they ran out, instead of saying what he said and write it on big letters on our agreement papers. I do appreciate that the sales rep, financial agent and insurance agent stayed late to complete our deal. We are happy with our car, but not sure that the experience would bring me back here. More

We got what we wanted In December we went in and Joe greeted us. Told him we wanted a new red Diesel Jeep. He said there wasn't one available. He didn't try to sell us something else. Yesterday we got our brand new Jeep. Joe kept us informed of the progress, he held up his end of the bargain, and we kept to ours. On closing, Joe was very helpful with getting the changes made that we wanted and to make sure we were shepherded through the system. He is still working with me till the final things like undercoating and dealer options are done. A good job. More
