Worst service We bought our vehicle there a year ago. We purchased winter tires and summer tires came with our purchase. We came this week to have our summer tires We bought our vehicle there a year ago. We purchased winter tires and summer tires came with our purchase. We came this week to have our summer tires put back on the vehicle (pro-they store your tires for free, con- they are too unOrganized to get your tires from storage on time) we made our appointment over a week in advance. When we got there to get the work done they took our keys and said they would call in a couple hours. They called an hour and a half later and told us that they don't have our tires they didn't get them from the warehouse.....MIND BLOWN! It took an hour and a half to get to our car and realize they didn't have our tires. The service guy said he would have them delivered to us in Abbotsford since it was out of our way to come back again. A week later my husband called and asked about the tires and they said they can't deliver them and we had to come and get them. We were told they were cleaned so my husband opened the bag to check... Full of rocks.. Filthy dirty. We don't care if they are dirty... But tell us they are if they are NOT!! All in all there was no apology no care or concern about the customers inconvenience. Brutal. We picked up our tires and will NEVER go back there. Don't spend your money here. They don't appreciate your sale/purchase! More

Not Impressed, don't let the hype of radio ad con you. SO many different people calling themselves managers, I lost count of how many hands I shook with the title manager to them and still not sure who I w SO many different people calling themselves managers, I lost count of how many hands I shook with the title manager to them and still not sure who I was making the deal with. Salesman wasn't very knowledgeable, always asking some one for answers, It is an ordinary dealership, not worth travelling away from your own dealer to deal with. I should of stayed in Chilliwack, would be easier for service Bought a nice truck but not impressed with service or sales ethics. More

I bought my 1st new My family has been dealing with Maple Ridge Chrysler since the mid 80s. My parents introduced me to MR Chrysler at a young age. I bought my 1st new car there in 1993 (at the old location). Since then I have purchased many cars, both new and used. On May 26th 2015 I purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge Journey. James and Ian were able to get my by weekly payments to exactly what I wanted to pay, Actually $5 per payment less and I still got my heated leather seats!!! I work as a Manager where Customer Experience is critical. My experience was bar non the best I would have expected. James is a straight up guy. It was a pleasure working with him. He dealt with the facts, didn't play games and told me what I could get approved for and what I wouldn't be approved for based on my budget. No pressure at all. I felt like he was doing his job as a car salesman but at a human to human highly ethical level. Ian... What can I say... Ian has been involved in every deal my family has made at MR Chrysler in the last 25 years in some way. We must have purchased 10 or 15+ cars over the years. I will always give Ian the 1st option to win my business and as a customer I feel like he always takes care of me. So why would I go anywhere else? We all know that car salesmen have a "reputation". This is not what you get at MR Chrysler. Professional and Customer Service oriented. If I drive away in a new vehicle feeling happy and I feel like I got a good deal then I would say I got a good deal. I highly recommend Maple Ridge Chrysler and I have sent many people there and I will continue to recommend them. We will probably be there in the next 12 months for another vehicle. Don't waste your time "shopping around". I learned that when I bought that 1st new vehicle there in 1993 - after driving all over the lower mainland and wasting a couple weeks... I ended up right back there because they offered the best price. No one could match it. More

Fantastic Customer Service I went in to Maple Ridge Chrystler with very low expectation. I have very poor credit and honestly thought it was a waste of time and I would never b I went in to Maple Ridge Chrystler with very low expectation. I have very poor credit and honestly thought it was a waste of time and I would never be approved. Not only were they able to get me into a fantastic 2013 Dodge Dart but they really worked with my strict budget and never once pushed me to spend more. They took there time to explain everything. I highly recommend!! More

Not Good Went for my first service, took in the 2 for 1 deal they gave me at the time of purchase which outlined the cost & items included. Yes, the oil & filter were changed, the DEF fluid was also on the list which did not get filled as they said it was not included although it was on the list...... then the price had gone up by $40. Also not have dash reading I don't understand, will have to get that looked at elsewhere. Not impressed won't be going back. More

They went above and beyond to make sure we walked away happy and excited with what we bought. They brought a truck in right away to meet the the options i wanted. The service department is amazing!! Especially John Molley!! He is a very kind, friendly no BS type of guy. They communicate very well and let you know what is going on with your vehicle. James Plowright and DanReaveley are all stars!! They made sure we got everything we needed and then some.They never made us feel pressured about making a deal. They just wanted us to walk away happy and satisfied with our experience. This is the second vehicle i have purchased from them and i refuse to go anywhere else. They are truly the best in the business at what they do. MRC continues to impress me every time I walk through the doors. More
