Not impressed ,again. I did a factory order on a Jeep Cherokee in 2000,They ordered the wrong vehicle. I had some noise problems with the vehicle and had to take it back 5 I did a factory order on a Jeep Cherokee in 2000,They ordered the wrong vehicle. I had some noise problems with the vehicle and had to take it back 5 times and still it wasn't fixed.There response to me was to offer me a cheapgiveaway knife. I haven't been back in 15 years.Now I have a Imoblizer Fob problem and they did a search to look at my vechile."Oh ya come on in we have fobs for $90:00 and a $60:00 programing fee" So ok I get an appointment to come on in,after standing in wait for 30 mins they finally take my Jeep n and spend the next 60 mins waiting for word.Seems that its now a aftermarket Imoblizer and they don't have a Fob.I am then shuffled off to some other company "Diamond sound" so they can fix it.Well to make a long story short I cant get a Fob ,but for $350:00 I can get another imoblizer installed. Thank you MRC you made me waste 2 hours of my time yet again.I wont be going back to MRC EVER, and I don't recommend it to any one else.I still have all the Paper work from their past mistakes .Want to see it? I had the pleasure of dealing two spectacular people there. Andrew Smith and Kimberly Conrad(I apologize if this the last name is wrong) Both people went Above and Beyond!!!! At one point Andrew Smith was actually running around the car lot It was 30 degrees out there and he is running to find the perfect vehicle for me. I have never had a car buying experience that was as stress free or as pleasureable. Miss Kimberly new my budget and went Above and Beyond to come in under my budget. She is the Queen of Cars! Murray bent over backwards to help us two different times Murray Scott went above and beyond 2 times for major repairs to our jeep. We said our truck was losing oil others kept saying it was normal. Murray g Murray Scott went above and beyond 2 times for major repairs to our jeep. We said our truck was losing oil others kept saying it was normal. Murray got our warranty extended, then monitored it, we ended up getting our engine rebuilt because he listened to us. The rear axle was done under warranty & we had seal fixed and paid for a different extended warranty. Extended warranty was a joke as they would not cover the seal leaking again and manufacture warranty was over. Murray contact Chrysler to help repair again, we still paid some but compared to what we could have paid... Murray could have done what the others did and said we had to do it but he didn't he fought for us and helped us. Go see Murray, he will look after you more than anyone else. I give 5 stars for customer service only for Murray! And 5 stars for Price for how Murray helped us for the cost of the repair! More
