Clueless at Chrysler We arrived at the dealership the other day to look at purchasing a Jeep Summit. From the get go, the first salesman we met had absolutely no clue abou We arrived at the dealership the other day to look at purchasing a Jeep Summit. From the get go, the first salesman we met had absolutely no clue about this type of vehicle. We spent most of our time educating him on trim packages, and vehicle details. We were given the usual 'tricks' "never see used vehicles of this type, this is the only one available, blah blah blah" We were happy to point out that several other dealerships in the lower mainland also had this vehicle, much to the salesman's surprise. He later introduced us to a 'manager' who miraculously showed us another vehicle on the lot that was available in the model and trim package we were looking for. He then said he would call us that evening with prices. 4 days later, I receive a phone call and a begging apology to forgive him. He just "couldn't talk to the big bosses about prices" and he "needed more time". I'm thinking......when it comes to parting with around 60k, I AM THE BIG BOSS HERE. So......terrible terrible terrible. We have bought high end vehicles from this place before.......but never again. More

The friendliness, helpfulness and knowledgeable staff made my experience very happy that day. What really stands out with this dealership compared to others, is the positive feeling in there. Its like being invited to a party, everyone there is happy. It doesn't matter what position someone is in that works there, everyone is equally courteous and outgoing. The week before that I bought the car, I met a staff member named Anne. She was cheery and helpful and asked what kind of help we may need. We said we were just stopping by to see if there were any Chargers or similar types of cars but were here only for a quick look because we were tired just coming back from our trip. She was perfect. She gave me easy information to understand, helped me zero in on two cars that looked appealing to me. She gave me her business card, to call if I had any more questions. She asked me some basic questions about my potential trade in. Said that she would have the cars gassed up when I was able to come in to test drive them. I found her respectful and professional. From what I can tell this dealership hires only the ' cream of the crop ' her helpfulness couldn't have been more pleasant. A week later I come back and she sells me an absolutely amazing car. I couldn't be happier ! Times, when I wasn't with her as she had to sort out the sale; I was pleasantly approached by other workers to check on my satisfaction. Also there was a tent outside, a nice man was cooking hotdogs, I felt like I was at an Uncles BBQ, so at home wherever I went. When I went into the financial office to go through the terms of the sale. I found Zac to be eager cheery and very personable. Out of any experience I have ever had in the past, I found Zac to be the best finance person I have ever dealt with. He made a complete point to make sure that I absolutely understood everything that on those papers. He was very open and showed me exactly how he came up with calculations. The experience felt interactive, he gave me all the details, helped me feel confident about the important decisions that I had to make. He had so many great ideas. When I was about to leave. Stefan, gave me a big hug and welcomed me to the Dodge family. Seriously if I was rich, I would just go there and buy cars to feel good if I was ever feeling down. Maple Ridge Chrysler is completely wonderful. I absolutely love them. I have never had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Whoever I talk to from this day forward, I will recommend them. Way to go wonderful dealership. More
