A salesman saves the day I've dealt with Maple Ridge Chrysler in the past, I currently own a Fiat, and find their service department (specifically Greg Bodnarchuk) to be excel I've dealt with Maple Ridge Chrysler in the past, I currently own a Fiat, and find their service department (specifically Greg Bodnarchuk) to be excellent. However, in my experience the sales department is, to my personal taste, a little over-the-top, somewhat garish, loud, with what I assume are mostly salespeople rushing around with what seems to be a great deal of intensity. Joe Abenante was a perfect antidote to this: calm, very personable, and, most importantly, very knowledgeable, he made my last purchase from Maple Ridge Chrysler ( a Jeep) an actual enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone! More

After some hassle in other dealers we went to Maple Ridge where we've found Joe Abenante the best salesman ever! He's treated me and my family very well and he was really kind and patient with us. Joe quickly understood our goals and our budget limits. At the end of the day we finally found our truck that fitted all our expectations. I had picked out a prize for their promotion but they said they would call when it came in.Also I asked about getting the bed liner sprayed and asked that I would get the dealers cost on having it done.I was told that someone would call me.....Five days later no call back and no appointment arranged. The salesperson did do a courtesy "walk around",gave me the roadside assistance number,the owners manual, an owners manual disk (in case I couldn't read or didn't want to).She was organized as far as putting new plates on,and setting up the floor mats and professional. Anne made sure I was comfortable and we'll looked after which made me feel way more at ease with such a huge commitment. She jumped through fire hoops for me and I could not be happier being a brand new Jeep owner. Let's just say there's a lot of jealousy now that I have such a nice whip ;) thanks again for making this so great for me. Everett in financing also wasn't there to waste my time or sell me things I didn't NEED which I really appreciate because a lot of people would take advantage of a young buyer I feel.
