While many other dealers didn't want to provide too much information before getting us to the lot, Ryan at Maple Ridge Chrysler answered any question we had, provided us all of the information on the car we were looking at, and once we did get to the dealership, was one of the most upfront and approachable salesmen we've dealt with. No pressure, no games - just a solid and friendly guy. Even though there was a power outage while we were on the lot, Ryan and the rest of the team did whatever they had to do to keep things running as smoothly as possible, and really took the time to work out a deal to get us into our car at a fair, very competitive price. Stephane was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and he introduced us to Bob when we arrived at the lot. Bob was very approachable, friendly, efficient and honest. My husband and I both felt very comfortable with Bob and with the deal that was offered to us. They respected our budget and tried to work within that. Bob was great at making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had everything we needed to move forward with the possible purchase. Bob demonstrated good salesmanship without coming across as overly aggressive and we appreciated that. When I returned to the dealership to finish up the paperwork, Bob was still equally friendly and inviting and great at following up on any remaining tasks.
