No pressure, fun, friendly & accommodating I have been waiting to buy a new car for a while, and procrastinated for quite some time. I have had bad experiences in the past and it turned me off. I bit the bullet and went to Maple Ridge Chrysler on a Saturday with my wife and 6 month old son. Ryan met us at the door ready to help us. The fact that they were so busy was important to me, but it all went very well. I asked for the Dodge journey, and not once did Ryan try to push a more expensive model on us. We got exactly what we wanted and during the whole process we were fed BBQ and had beverages. The whole thing took about 4 hours but like I said, they were busy... Like smoking busy. They didn't want my car as a trade in so they have let me keep it in the lot until my buyer has the money, just so I didn't have another car at home that needed insurance. I loved it!!!! More

A satisfied customer for 33 years My history with Maple Ridge Chrysler goes back to 1982. Since that time I have purchased 11 vehicles, 8 of which were purchased from Penny Bruce. I My history with Maple Ridge Chrysler goes back to 1982. Since that time I have purchased 11 vehicles, 8 of which were purchased from Penny Bruce. I am not the only family member to continuously deal with Maple Ridge Chrysler. My late father's history went back to 1973. Familiar faces not only on the sales floor but in the service and parts departments go a long way toward establishing one's confidence in the dealership. The customer service and integrity of this dealership which was established by Rick Moore are being carried out to this day by Ian Speckman. I don't live in the Maple Ridge area now, but I still return to them. Purchasing a vehicle from them is sort of a family outing for me. I get to visit with the staff members I have got to know over the years and there's always an excellent cup of coffee, not to mention the BBQ on weekends. I let them know what I wanted to pay and they worked with me from there. There was no pressure, but it was clear that they wanted my business. Anne was very helpful all along the way, Ivan was straight up, and Gary addressed what I did and didn't need in terms of warranty, etc. Nicky easily switched my insurance over for me. I ended up with my first payment covered, a new wet/dry vac, and a brand new car that I can afford. All in all, easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and I won't hesitate to recommend Anne and Maple Ridge Chrysler to any friends or family looking for a new or used car. More
