On the busy Easter Saturday, she texted us to come to sign documents. It should take us less than 15 minutes to get things done right? We let her know that we are on our way. When we came in, she told us to wait for 10 mins. Fair enough. So we were waiting for 20 minutes, then we saw her assisted other customers in her office (skipped us). After she assisted the customers, she told us that she will be off in a few minutes and another Finance manager (Gary) will help us in 10 mins. This "10" minutes thing turned into two hours. It made us feel that she undervalued our time, and not considered us as priority to get the things done. However, we made a complaint about her to different department managers. They apologized and stepped up their customer service by offering us to refill up gas and washing my brand new Jeep, along with the compensation. Adding to issues spare tire mechanism was seized. (Can’t use my spare) This was not a situation were the heater or headlight was burnt out and I expected immediate results. This was something that was going to immobilize me. Advised Service when I called. I told them if the emergent nature. Once I stopped my truck I’d have a flat and need a tow. I explained all this, and was expecting something to the fact. Bring it in you may have to wait as we are booked until end of day. Maybe one of our mechanics can at least look at it and get the tire dropped and repair the mechanism later. Alls I received we’re road blocks, even after mentioning I’m on my way. The response was a call back a put on hold. Leave it with us maybe we can look tomorrow. I live in Burnaby, my brother has bought x2 trucks through this dealer. I was forced to call parts and asked for any used tires. Trying not to spend money if needed. Al was able to source tires and after a disconnect. Al called me back to check in and make sure we finished our discussion. Upon arrival with no help or support from the Service Dept. Al and Ryan Nilsen (Director of Fixed Operations. Had the tires out and cleaned for me to pick up. End of day Maple Ridge Chrysler, should have those two teach The Service Department how to respond to a customer in need of immediate service in situations like mine. More

Bought a Mustang, gave deposit, then never heard back from them for 2 days, then a Manager called and said I could not have the car now as a different customer who traded it in wanted it back, so called from them for 2 days, then a Manager called and said I could not have the car now as a different customer who traded it in wanted it back, so called 2 other Managers, both had different stories including that one of their employees bought it, rediculous! She listens and asks questions with a genuine interest in finding the right vehicle for you. My sales experience was great and I've had no regrets since my purchase. Finance:: Kerry St. Laurent supported my financing, warranty and protection service needs. He was clear in explaining every question I had and I felt comfortable in the extra purchases as well as the term and rate. Service: John Molley and Brenda Mclaughlin were the service advisors who supported the appointment for the protection service application as well as a warranty fix for the hatch. Great communication, delivered as promised and people I would trust to bring my Escape back to again! Overall: 5/5 stars.
