What started out as a positive experience with the purchase, is turning into a negative with the after-sale service. When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased the extended warranty as it was a 2 year old car and expected some things to come up in the next year or so. Unfortunately, things came up as soon as I brought the vehicle home. I test drove the vehicle and never sat in the passenger seat, until my husband did that evening and noticed that the passenger seat lever was broken and falling off. There were 2 chips in the windshield and the tire pressure is already low and has a warning light coming on every time I turn the car on. Sure, I could go to the gas station and fill them up myself, but it's a small thing that should be been dealt with by the dealership when it was sitting on the lot. Something that would have been noticed every time the car was turned on for a test drive. The salesperson I dealt with Kaleena - (who was amazing) was quick to follow up with the customer care department and I soon received a phone call from Nicole, who booked me in for an appointment today. When I arrived at the dealership I asked to speak with Nicole, and was told that any of the service advisors would be able to help me. Spoke with Greg who checked me in and called Enterprise for a vehicle. Took all three car seats out of my car (which is not an easy process) and they showed up with a hatchback. I need three car seats in my car so that would not work. Was told that the only other car they had was a full-sized truck - which I was not comfortable driving - so RE-installed the three car seats in my car and went back inside to reschedule the appointment. Again, asked to speak to Nicole and was told by Judi that they could reschedule the appointment at the cashier. Rescheduled for next Tuesday and requested that an SUV or minivan be available- all while looking out at a CAR LOT that had multiple vehicles that would work for me for the 24 hours that it would be needed. When I got home there was a message from Nicole. She had put aside a car for me for my appointment and had written it on the service request. That request was never relayed (or read) by the two people I did deal with. Had I been able to talk to Nicole on the two occasions I asked, I would have saved myself a return trip over a toll bridge, and a lost morning driving to and from there. Needless to say, I am not happy. As someone that works in customer relations myself, I pride myself on finding solutions to problems...staring out at a full car lot of vehicles and being told that there were no suitable cars, was ridiculous and will definitely have me reconsidering recommending your dealership to any one in the future. Maple Ridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep is definitely NOT closer than you think - especially when you are having to make unnecessary trips for fixes two weeks after you purchase a car. More

I visited other dealerships but none treated me as well as this one. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic; upbeat, energetic and enthusiastic. The dealers here are friendly and professional. I Called and spoke to James initially about Financing and my dealer was Darryl. They showed me around the lot. Helped us with financing and pricing. They also showed me the cost of the car including their markup. This kind of transparency was incredibly pleasing. We also signed a 50" TV, Blender and Protection Package into the deal. Their financial advisor Zac helped us out with our contact and showed us everything in non-lawyer jargon. The service tech Steve also helped us with our protection package, he called Enterprise for us and they came to pick me up with a complimentary rental car. This place is 10/10 More

He recommended the Cherokee for me which wasn't a car I ever considered but fell in love with. He gave me all the knowledge about the vehicle and any other ones I was interested in. Once I found my car of interest Zac helped my mother and I with all the finances and gave us all the details we needed to know. I felt like a priority and I would definitely go here again. I was very impressed with my experience and for a new car owner they really looked out for me. More
