Extraordinary experience of buying a vehicle From the start of this process to the end has been nothing buy enjoyable. The salesman Sam was incredibly patient and pleasant at all times. There were a few cosmetic issues on the 2013 Ram that I was looking to purchase and Sam arranged for replacement of the part and installation while we continued to discuss the pending deal. There is one thing I will not tolerate when shopping for a vehicle is any type of pressure from the sales person to buy. Never once did Sam attempt to place any pressure on me to complete the deal. We reached an agreement and the deal was made. The transfer and processing of the paperwork was seamless and quick and right on site. I also recieved several very nice gift from Maple Ridge Chrysler after purchasing the truck. When I drove back home to Kamloops I discovered a problem with the factory tires that were installed on the truck. A single email to the Dealer Principal Ian Speckman resulted in a reply and resolve to the issue. I continue to recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle as every single person I dealt with was more than professional.
