Excellent service by an excellent team I've never bought a new car before, but I had previously purchased a used car from Maple Ridge Chrysler. I remember it being a slightly confusing experience, but this time when making the decision to purchase a new car, Joe our salesmen, was very clear, honest and incredibly helpful both with showing us the car in our original price range as well as the car we were interested in. He also showed us realistically what benefits we could get out of it and helped to meet all of our needs and wishes in a new car. My girlfriend has previously purchased two cars at different dealerships and said this was the best experience she's ever had buying a car. I wanted a specific vehicle with added modifications and needed it FAST without hassle! Seeing as I lived 7 hours away, everything was communicated thoroughly by phone and email first. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle it was ready exactly as I had wanted and asked for...no hassle, no wheeling, no unexpected surprises, no bs! Kaleena went above and beyond and it showed!
