It would probably be better to close yourself or have a partner with better negotiating and people skills. As a buyer I want to get the best price I can. As a dealer you are trying to get the buyer into the vehicle with a combination of price and financing options. Both parties try to convince each other they are getting a good deal. Sometimes these things don't line up and a deal will fall through. In my case the vehicle was 25881 and I know these are not moving and the one I wanted was not available so I did a low offer of 23000. The offer of 23000 was also based on the fact I saw one that as far as I can tell is the same and priced at 23900 and the colour that I wanted. So whoever phoned me came back at 24900 and he "had to call the owner" to get that. I began to tell him about the other one I saw for 23900 and in a rude voice said"Thanks buy" and pretty much hung up on me. So what was I expecting? A counter offer and meet somewhere in the middle . I only write this as courtesy to you Darryl and as stated before you yourself are great to deal with but the other guy is a #?!@. Your dealer ship really has a don't give a #?!@ attitude, smoke and mirrors and bullying way of dealing with customers. More

I took my Jeep Renegade out to the lake over the weekend and it got muddy, I don't have the time to clean it myself due to a busy work scheduled and I I took my Jeep Renegade out to the lake over the weekend and it got muddy, I don't have the time to clean it myself due to a busy work scheduled and I brought it into to maple ridge Chrysler. After Loosing my cars keys for an entire day, the "detailed" my car. A detail is more then taking a presser washer to the inside of my car, YES the inside.... where the fabric is. soaking wet and still covered in mud head to toe, inside and out, I got my car back. Not worth the almost $200 price for a detail. I then noticed some service light came on, due to taking it out camping. I made an appointment for 4pm to have it checked out, the person at the desk said okay that works for the dealership and it will be looked at. well 4pm comes around and I get told there is "no point in dropping my car off because the mechanics go home at 5". Why would you make an appointment for 4 if your going to tell me to leave, and not service my car. I could write a lot more about my time in the service department but I am not going to waste my time there any more. More

now I know why they are the cheapest I now know why they are the cheapest dealership, I had the brakes replace (or so I thought) on a used van I bought from them. About 6 months after the I now know why they are the cheapest dealership, I had the brakes replace (or so I thought) on a used van I bought from them. About 6 months after the purchase we noticed a rubbing noise coming from the front end. To my surprise when I removed the wheels to inspect the source of the noise I notice that only the drivers side front brakes had been replace and the passenger side had the wear inductor(squealer) bent back where they would never make a sound. So no pad and rotors later I can tell you this. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT MAPLE RIDGE CHRYSLER AGAIN. More

I said I was but that I was considering upgrading for an expanding family. They asked if they could buy back my vehicle and put me in something new. I went in the following monday did some looking around and Ryan was extremely helpful and made the experience although lengthy an enjoyable one. Max also goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. Will definitely be taking my wife to this dealership when it is time for her to upgrade. More

Buying orangie We came to maple ridge Chrysler to take advantage of the pick pull or drag sale. We brought in our old truck and we upgraded to our new Dodge Dart. We went with the only car on the lot with an exciting color, Orange. We were very excited and pleased with how pleasant the whole experience was. Unfortunately when we drove the car home to North Van it started over heating. The dealership got it towed back, luckily we have a second vehicle. We asked them to take it for a long drive to see if It happened to them. They said it didn't so they drove it back to north Van however it did over heat again. So we got a loaner or two until they could find a replacement . They did find a replacement and we are very happy with it. It was a lot of back and forth for us but all in all we are happy. More
