We met with sales associate Fred (Foad) Heidari who was very professional in his dealings with us. Once we decided on our choice of vehicles we went through the motions of getting it financed. This is where we received less than ideal service from one of the finance personnel. We left fairly late that day - the dealership was all but closed having expressed our concerns to Fred. Over the ensuing week we had several conversations with Fred and a Sales Manager which resulted in me returning to the dealership a week later. I met with Fred and a while late the owner Ian came and met with me. Ian went out of his way to sort through all my concerns and in a very short period of time I was completely satisfied with my purchase including the experience with another finance manager.
