Having shopped on line with that focus, I knew what the approximate price should be. I made an inquiry regarding a certain vehicle on the Maple Ridge Chrysler web site and got a phone call from Marshall. We had a brief discussion on what I was looking for and what I had to trade and we made an appointment. I met Marshall and Shane at the scheduled time and Marshall showed me a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. He was friendly, informative and answered my questions. He wasn't "pushy" and simply showed me what the vehicles had to offer. When it came time to make a deal, I got what I asked for on my trade. Marshall and Shane worked with me on the price of the vehicle I purchased and in the end I walked away knowing I got a fair deal. Gary in financing was super efficient! Thanks guys! More

Hopefully people will consider a different dealership altogether. So far I know people who will never go to this dealership after hearing my experience and they will tell two friends, who will tell two friends, who will tell two friends etc. As a note to be fair Ryan Lloyd did a great job. The rest of them were arrogant and one of them openly admitted to lying to me. More

They have no problem selling you a vehicle but when you need parts or service, they just won't call you back pretty hard to do business with them that way. I really feel that they don't care about after sale customer service I will not be using them in the future. More
