Miracle workers I cannot say enough about Maple Ridge Chrysler. I bought my very first new car from them in January 1997. They made it affordable. Since then, I ha I cannot say enough about Maple Ridge Chrysler. I bought my very first new car from them in January 1997. They made it affordable. Since then, I have bought used vehicles other places, but they were always Dodge vans, and I never took them anywhere for service except Maple Ridge Chrysler, because no one ever did the work right. When I had a lease on a Chevy Cavalier, and I realized how much I got rooked, Maple Ridge Chrysler got me out of that lease, and into a vehicle that really fit my family (2005). I have bought vans elsewhere, and regretted it because I always ended up buying problems. I've NEVER had problems at MRC. After a bankruptcy, I managed to get into a small Ford car, and I thought I was doing well, knowing that I would not have that car for long. When I looked into another van, I went to MRC, and the salesperson Kaleena I spoke with, took my car's paperwork to her manager. Because it was a conditional sales contract, they could not help me at the time, but Kaleena said she'd keep my number and be in touch with me later in the year when it would be more appropriate for this paperwork. I thought "yeah, right. Another call I'll never get.) Well, I was surprised to get that call, and that night, Kaleena put me into a van that had all the options I was looking for, with a dealer plate to drive for the next 24 hours. The next day, the financial "guru" guy Mario Kazulin worked some magic and I had that van to keep, with payments I could afford, after getting some cash back to pay off other things. I couldn't afford the van payments with these other bills, so Mario made it affordable for me to get into this van. I also got some hockey tickets after making a comment about being able to afford to get some for my son for Christmas. All the staff at MRC, whether or not I dealt with them were friendly and helpful. I have never walked onto that lot without being greeted like I was family. Even in the service department, I have a long standing service relationship with John Molley, and he too, has gone above and beyond the call, looking after me and making service affordable with my used vehicles when money was tight. At this point in time, I now have a brand new, affordable vehicle with a warrantee, so service will only be routine maintenance. But I will always bring my vehicle back to MRC. There really is no reason to go ANYWHERE ELSE for sales or service. More

Horrible customer service 0 possible stars out of 5 had to buy a tire pressure sensor gauge 4 the third time $105 a pop then trying to charge extra to program ,it had 3 recalls on my car with no follo had to buy a tire pressure sensor gauge 4 the third time $105 a pop then trying to charge extra to program ,it had 3 recalls on my car with no follow up to repair important ignition components and airbag lights , however they did repair two other recall parts one of them took three times to get Rite and to diagnose the problem it cost me almost 900 dollars for them to solve a problem they should have fixed for free, I'm a local business owner in Maple Ridge I own a driving school with the fleet of vehicles www.adreamdrivingacademy .com I will never deal with the Maple Ridge dealership in my life I'm debating about dodge all together .
