I as a loyal customer I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I buy a vehicle every 4 years. Recently went in and I will not be returning. He would not listen to what I was saying, he kept dismissing my concerns and he would forget what I was asking for. I told them that I didn't want to haggle on price and I was very forward on what could afford. He kept pointing to the sticker price and said it could not be done. This was after I told him that I get a discount. He didn't even ask me for the discount code. So I took my busy to willow brook dodge. Got a better deal then I expected.
